I was blown away when I saw how many top 50621 gurus were just giving away secrets at no charge. Whoa. I thought I was the only one spilling beans! For example: 123 Main Street becomes 1 + 2 + 3, which equals 6. The symbolic number of the home you want to purchase is 6. Once you know the price range of the home you make an offer that also resonates to the symbolic number of 6. For example: $123,000 or $330,000 or even $510,000. Each of these numbers, when adding all the digits together, resonates to the single digit 6. This same method can be used for sellers. When you have completed a CMA on the home you intend to sell and know the appraised price for the property you take the symbolic number of the home address and resonate it with the price you put it on the market for. For example: 57 Broadway Ave. becomes 5 + 7, which equals 12. You then add 1 + 2 and the symbolic number of the home is 3. Once you know the value of the home you choose a selling price that harmonizes with the number 3. For example: $210,000 or $750,000. Wisdom From The Past This numerical trick may seem farfetched but the study of the symbolic meaning of numbers has existed for thousands of years. The earliest known study of numerology is mentioned in the Jewish Kabbalah. Each single digit, beginning with 1 and ending with 9, has a symbolic vibration. Using these numeric symbols as focal points can help you achieve your real estate goals. Below I have provided some brief interpretations of the meaning of numbers. When purchasing or selling your property use your property’s natural “lucky number” to maximize the potential of the market. 1 is the number of individuality and initiating action. 2 is the number of cooperation and adaptability. 3 is the number of communication and joy. 4 is the number of home and stability. 5 is the number of visionary expansion. 6 is the number of responsibility and nurturing. 7 is the number analysis, awareness and understanding. 8 is the number of power and status. 9 is the number of creativity and humanitarianism. The numbers 11 and 22 are also significant. 11 is associated with spirituality and intuition. 22 is the symbolic number of a born leader or “Master Builder”. Create Your Own Reality Lucky charms and numbers may seem like fortune telling. In actuality these tricks are simply tools the mind uses to concentrate our will; it is basic psychology!
